Locked Accounts

If you type your account details in incorrectly more than three times in a row it will lock the account and you will see this message.

‘This account is currently locked Please contact an Administrator’

Accounts only remain locked for 15 minutes.

There is no need to contact the school if this occurs – you will automatically be unlocked at the end of this 15 minutes.

If you still continue to have difficulties please click on the “ePortal Quires” option on the left hand menu.
